Black Supermatt & Frosted Teal Kitchen in Repton Park

Having previously collaborated with this client on several rooms throughout her home including the bedrooms, dressing room, games room, and library. We were delighted to be invited back to design her kitchen. Known for her eclectic taste and love of colour, she wanted this space to feel different: a calm, architectural contrast to the rest of her vibrant home.

The design embraces a bold monochrome palette, using black cabinetry to create a dramatic yet timeless foundation. A large Quartzite island forms the centrepiece, complete with an integrated champagne trough and Bora downdraft hob bringing together luxury and practicality in one beautifully executed feature.

Bespoke cabinetry flows seamlessly into the adjoining dining area, creating a unified and harmonious feel. Clever storage solutions, including a bi-fold touch-to-open breakfast station, keep the surfaces clutter-free while maintaining the sleek aesthetic.

Of course, true to her distinctive style, the client couldn’t resist adding a hint of colour, a striking pop of teal concealed within the pantry, revealed only when opened. This unexpected detail brings a joyful energy to the space and perfectly captures her personality.

The result is a sophisticated, highly functional kitchen that balances bold design with warmth and individuality, a true reflection of the client’s confident taste and our commitment to thoughtful, bespoke craftsmanship.
