A Bespoke Design Masterpiece, Lime Green Luxury & Lilac Heights

At Urban Myth, we pride ourselves on bringing our clients' boldest visions to life. When a repeat customer approached us for a new project after we had successfully transformed their children's bedrooms a year ago, we were thrilled to embark on another exciting journey with them. Their love of colour and fearless approach to design made this an unforgettable collaboration, resulting in bespoke furniture that truly celebrates their distinctive style.

The centrepiece of this latest project is a breathtaking dressing room, finished in an eye-catching lime green. This vibrant choice, paired with gold handles, makes a striking statement, blending luxury with personality. The space is as practical as well as beautiful, featuring illuminated glass shelving units, ample drawer storage, and spacious wardrobes. A standout element is the smoked glass fitted wardrobe, specifically designed to showcase an enviable shoe collection. The result is a space that exudes both sophistication and playfulness, perfectly aligned with our client's unique taste.

One of the most ambitious and awe-inspiring pieces we designed for this home is an 18ft-high lilac shelving unit that stretches across two floors, creating a dramatic "library" effect. This stunning structure incorporates a sleek glass platform, adding a contemporary touch to the traditional concept of a bookcase. Positioned in the hallway leading to the first floor, it acts as both a functional storage solution and a striking architectural feature. The combination of soft lilac and transparent glass lends an ethereal quality to the space, enhancing the grandeur of the home while maintaining a sense of warmth and individuality.

Adding an extra dose of fun, the games room features two electric blue cupboards, complete with a striking gold box in the centre which is lit and features a design object. This bold and unexpected design choice brings a playful energy to the space, ensuring that storage is anything but dull. With its ample capacity and a generous splash of kitsch, the cupboards are a perfect reflection of the homeowner’s eclectic style and adventurous spirit.
