Process
We think of buying a new kitchen as something of a journey. Except for buying a home, it's unlikely that you will ever make such a considered purchase. Whether you have already done some research or are starting off blind, we are here to help and advise you every step of the way. The first designer you meet will be your direct contact with us although we will introduce you to other people along the way.
Together with our dedicated design team, your designer will create a detailed plan, quotation and computer generated visual of your kitchen before inviting you back to our studio where you will be able to fully visualise your new kitchen and talk through your specifications in detail. After this meeting, we hope that you'll have gained enough insight into the way we work and feel comfortable with the direction we take your kitchen design to proceed. We will ask for you to settle an initial design fee allowing us to release drawings and visuals or make any necessary amendments to your design. This fee is deducted from your final order total.
